When you contact us to schedule a “New Patient” appointment, we will send the necessary paperwork to be completed for that first appointment directly to you. Payment Policies
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in you and your well-being. We will do everything we can to work with you so that finances will not be an obstacle to obtaining optimal dental care.

We accept most dental insurances and are preferred providers with Delta Dental Premier, Diversified Dental, United Concordia, Guardian and Tri-Care. For our patients with dental insurance we will do everything possible to help you receive the full benefits of your policy; however your portion of payment is due at the time of treatment.

For patients without insurance coverage and those with dental needs that extend beyond the scope of insurance coverage, we offer CareCredit®.

We are pleased to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
